Luke Prodromou is a freelance teacher, teacher-trainer and writer based in Greece. He has trained teachers in many European and Latin American countries. He has a special interest in drama for teaching purposes and runs courses on teaching mixed-ability classes. He has also published widely in ELT magazines and journals, especially on the subjects of culture in language teaching, the good language teacher and the teaching of examination classes. He has completed a Ph.D at the University of Nottingham into idiomaticity and English as a lingua franca. Luke's publications include Attitude, Superstar, American Shine, Rising Star, First Certificate Star, and the new course book Expressions.
